Write to info@mnemolabs.app and a person answers, usually within two working days. BodyProof is made by Mnemo Labs.
Getting in
Enter your email and tap Email me a code, then type the six digit code from the email. A new email makes a new, private account and a short setup. If the email holds only a link, open it on the same phone. If you were given a password, tap Sign in with a password.
Connecting your watch
BodyProof reads Apple Health on iPhone and Health Connect on Android. Your watch's own app writes there first: in setup, say what you wear and BodyProof shows the switch to turn on in its app (WHOOP, Oura, Garmin and most scales share this way). Nothing showing? On iPhone, open the Health app, then Sharing, Apps, BodyProof, and allow every item. Data sources, under Body, shows what is arriving from each device.
Older history
Data sources, then Import a history, takes an Apple Health export, a Fitbit Google Takeout, a WHOOP export, a Mi Fitness data copy or a MyFitnessPal export. Which file? there says where to find each.
Your data
- Export everything: Settings, Export your data.
