Delete your account

In the app

1. Open BodyProof and go to Settings (under Body).
2. Optional: Export your data first, to keep a copy.
3. Tap Delete account, type DELETE and confirm.

Your account and everything in it are deleted straight away: readings, food and meal photos, medicines and doses, notes and feelings, progress photos, settings and conversations with Ask. Nothing is kept.

Without the app

Email privacy@mnemolabs.app from the address you sign in with, asking us to delete your account. We delete it, and all of its data, within 30 days, and write back to say it is done.

What stays elsewhere

BodyProof only ever read from Apple Health and Health Connect, so what they hold stays there. Uninstalling the app on its own does not delete your account.
